Scholarships
Engineering, Fine Arts, and Museum Studies
The Tomayko Foundation is proud to support the work of students in the Pittsburgh region who are pursuing higher education in the fields of Engineering and the Arts. The Foundation supports students at universities across the city.
These include:
- Carnegie Mellon University in the fields of software engineering and fine arts
- Point Park University in the fields of theater, dance, and film
- University of Pittsburgh in the fields of museum studies, art history, and health sciences
Awards
Contemporary and Emerging Artist Awards
The foundation presents several awards to contemporary and emerging artists who live and work in the Pittsburgh region and student choreographers.
These include:
- The Tomayko Award
- Exhibiting Artist Awards
- Point Park University Student Choreography Awards
Sponsorship
Sponsorships for individual artists and small organizations
The Tomayko Foundation offers sponsorships to support contemporary art and dance performances, and supports several select organizations.
These include:
- Contemporary Craft’s Solo Elevation Series
- An annual Performing Arts Sponsorship for an independent, newly created work in performance, theatre, or dance
- Annual programming at Point Park’s Playhouse
